Being called to a New Worshiping Community is a leap of faith.

Often it comes with a feeling of being overwhelmed but also great joy.

Our goal is to prepare, equip, and sustain leaders for the ministry

to which God has called them.

The 1001 assessment programs are offered in-person and online. Our goal is to hold up a mirror to you that allows you to identify your strengths and areas of growth, as well as the gifts of those you'll benefit from having around you as you pursue something new.

Our network of coaches is here to help you unlock your potential and become a successful NWC leader. We have trained and recruited a diverse network of over 90 coaches are  experienced 1001 leaders and are also trained in the ethics and perspectives of the internationally recognized coaching standard, ICF.

Our New Worshiping Communities incubator is designed to train and support leaders as they are discerning and starting an NWC. With both in-person and online options, there's something for everyone. Topics include testing ideas, impact measurement, funding experimentation, leading collaboratively, and telling a compelling story.
